Many industries were negatively affected by Covid-19 Pandemic, and one of them is a non-essential sector, such as the construction industry. Because contraction that happens in industry, there significant decline demand sales market. PT. Ready-mix X companies struggled during pandemic situation, they still could not restore company’s brand health before Covid-19, their this year are declining showing any value. Therefore, purpose study to propose customer engagement-oriented digital strategy appropriate integrated marketing communication for company using limited budget available resources from Ready- mix X. In analyzing formulating strategy, will use Kraewing’s approach SOSTAC planning also market research know preference. The proposed should be helping Ready-Mix provides an improved service platform suits segment preferences, so it establish experience later generate engagement.
